SUMMARY:Improv Youth Ensemble Term 1 2025 Wed 4:30pm
DESCRIPTION:JUMP TO REGISTRATION \n‘If you believe you’re good already\, you don’t need to do extra stuff to impress us. Your best work comes when you’re absorbed; because then your ego is away.’ – Keith Johnstone \nThis course will examine more niche areas of improvisation like genre work\, status\, puppetry\, mime\, and more advanced scene-work. As a small ensemble you will work towards a wholly original showcase performance with discovery at the heart of the course! \nImprov Youth Ensemble is for performers who are comfortable and proficient performing in a variety of games and exercises on stage. Acceptance into advanced improvisation is by audition or recommendation only.

SUMMARY:WEDNESDAY NIGHT IMPROV: MAESTRO WED 26 NOV 2025
DESCRIPTION:Fast-paced\, unpredictable\, and hilarious. \nTen of Dubai’s virtuoso actors converge for a night of scenes\, songs and games based on audience suggestions. You score the players on a scale of 1 to 5\, and after each round\, the players with the lowest scores are eliminated. \nWhen only one remains\, they are crowned the Maestro! \n★★★★★ \n“Wednesday Night Improv: Maestro was an absolute blast! The talented improvisers kept us laughing non-stop. The event’s energetic atmosphere and engaging format made for a memorable night with friends or your partner. Highly recommended for a fun-filled evening of spontaneous comedy. Can’t wait to attend again!” – Lara El Khoury
