INTENSIVE WITH FELIPE ORTIZ: CLOWNING - The Courtyard Playhouse The Courtyard Playhouse

16 Feb – 6 Mar 2018
Fridays 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm (Three 3 hour sessions + Showcase)

This workshop is an encounter with an essential part of oneself. The clown that we’re looking for is hidden there where we hide our defects and our fears. Where we hide optimism and the pleasure to fail as well.

In the workshop we´ll explore through games, improvisation and movement, the work of connecting in a special way with the public, the discovery of creativity immersed in failure, the ability to live in the moment and the moment in search of pleasure and play.

Schedule: Total of 9 Hours + Showcase

Fri 16 Feb, 3 pm – 6 pm

Fri 23 Feb, 3 pm – 6 pm

Fri 2 Mar, 3 pm – 6 pm

Showcase: Tuesday 6 Mar, 8 pm – 10 pm
