Meet Felipe Ortiz — our very special guest instructor this month at the theatre! 🎭

Hailing from Colombia, Felipe is a world-renowned improviser, director, and physical theatre artist known for blending movement, storytelling, and spontaneity like no other. He’s the co-founder of La Gata Cirko and a leading voice in physical and visual improv across the globe.

This month, Felipe is adding his unique charm to our Improv Comedy Nights, training our ensemble with his signature style, and bringing his own spectacular show Lugares to our stage.

We were very happy to collaborate with the Unmute Project on their second public event last week which was a great success!

This community initiative founded by Mariana Missakian whose goal is to help people to find their authentic voices through storytelling on stage resonates with our own values and mission to free individuals from their inner critic, teaching them to trust their intuition and embrace failure and imperfection as a part of their journey of self discovery which ends with them performing in front of an audience.

"Unmute Amplifies real, unfiltered stories often overshadowed in a curated world. By giving overlooked voices a platform, we foster authenticity, connection, and representation because every story deserves a stage."
