If you’ve ever been to the Playhouse, chances are you’ve seen Kyle on stage—probably in a Shakespearean accent, absolutely owning the moment.

Kyle’s been with us since 2019, and in that time he’s become so much more than our Assistant Artistic Director. He’s the creative force behind Friday Night Spotlight, the go-to guy for strange (but somehow relevant) facts, and the person who never fails to lift the team’s energy with his humour and warmth.

He performs in everything, supports everyone, and somehow makes it all look effortless. Sweet, quirky, endlessly talented—we honestly don’t know what we’d do without him.

We love you, Kyle. Thanks for being exactly who you are.

Introducing: Drama Production Class! We’re exci

Introducing: Drama Production Class!
We’re excited to launch an advanced, year-long drama class for young performers, ages 7 to 11, ready to take their theatre journey further.

Across three terms, students will build skills in voice, movement, and character work, leading up to a full production of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory in Term 3. This is for children with previous drama experience who are ready to commit to the full creative process and work as part of a team.

Auditions for Term 1 (August 2025) are now open. Children will take part in a fun, supportive workshop that includes improvisation, storytelling, and a short monologue from the show.
