Sign your child up for our Acting Spring Camp and let them explore the themes of courage, fairness and finding your voice through storytelling and theatre with Roald Dahl’s Matilda and Andy Griffiths & Terry Denton’s The Thirteen Story Treehouse as inspiration! It will be a fun week filled with self-expression and spontaneity, where young performers develop valuable life skills that help build confidence and overcome anxieties.
Performing on stage can be one of the most exhilarating experiences of a child’s life. It’s not just about pretending to be someone else – it’s also about learning to be comfortable with who you are. The Courtyard Playhouse is a safe space where preteens meet likeminded individuals, feel accepted and free to be themselves.
Our Camp caters for all levels and your child will be guided by talented instructors with a wealth of experience teaching children of all ages. Each week will see the participants developing their storytelling, stage presence, characterisation and teamwork skills and will conclude with a showcase for friends and family.
